Nigeria’s foremost community of high-impact entrepreneurs, Endeavor Nigeria has revealed the date for its annual scaleup entrepreneurship summit, Catalysing Conversations. This year’s event (the 3rd edition) will be held on 21st October, 2021. The virtual event for this year is tagged “The Multiplier Effect”.

Catalysing Conversations 2021, seeks to drive a culture of entrepreneurial leadership and inspire a generation of high-impact entrepreneurs in Nigeria. The event will also spread the mission of high-impact entrepreneurship, illustrating why entrepreneurs that Think Big, Scale Up and Pay-It-Forward are critical for long-term economic transformation. This will activate a powerful multiplier effect that will shift economies from the ground up.

This year’s event will attract some of the most daring entrepreneurs from Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. These entrepreneurs will discuss and expand on a wide variety of topics critical to boost socio-economic transformation in Nigeria and other emerging markets.

Commenting on the event, the Managing Director and CEO of Endeavor Nigeria, Tosin Faniro-Dada said, “High impact entrepreneurs play an important role in job creation and economic transformation and we are committed to driving the entrepreneurship movement that can power the development we need. The agenda features will include a blend of TED-style talks and moderated fireside chats by speakers from different backgrounds. Conversations will be on financial freedom, themes of innovation, high-growth company dynamics, the journey from startup to unicorn, high-impact entrepreneurship and the transformational power of technology.

Some of the confirmed speakers include Odun Eweniyi - Chief Operating Officer and co-founder at PiggyVest; Ife Orioke - Chief Operating Officer at Flutterwave; Tosin Eniolorunda - Founder and CEO at TeamApt, Adolfo Babatz Torres - CEO and co-founder at Clip; Ife Oyedele - co-founder at Kobo360; Tito Ovia - co-founder and Head of Public Sector Growth, Helium Health; Babs Ogundeyi - CEO and Founder at KudaBank; Gaurav Biswas - Founder and CEO at TruKKer; Pedro Conrade - CEO and co-founder, Banca Neon; Tomi Majekodunmi - CEO and co-founder, Bankly, and many others. The closing remarks will be delivered by the Chairman of Endeavor, Atedo N.A Peterside, CON.

Some of the expected attendees include entrepreneurs, ecosystem builders, tech ecosystem enthusiasts, policymakers, C-Suite executives, journalists, investors, Nigerians in the diaspora and general participants from Nigeria and around the globe. Furthermore, there will be virtual networking opportunities between attendees to foster partnerships and cross-market collaborations. The event is Free for all participants.
